As COVID-19 continues to impact the country and the world, we want to take a moment to update our customers on some important information regarding our business. We deeply value every single customer and team member of All the Rage and Studio I Do and are actively doing everything we can to provide a safe shopping experience for everyone. As of right now we are remaining open for business with some slight changes.
Due to the recommendations provided, we are limiting our in store staff and requesting any brides bringing guests to limit their party to 3 (One bride and 2 guests). We are asking all bridal groups to refrain from touching gowns and hangars and to allow our staff to handle the merchandise.
For our special occasion customers, please allow our staff to handle the merchandise. We will gladly shop with you and carry items into the fitting rooms for you.
We have hand sanitizer placed around the showroom for your convenience and our staff is regularly disinfecting all surfaces and handles.
We will continue to operate our online business for special occasion and special orders for any customers who would prefer to shop via our website. We have provided some FAQ below should you have any questions. Please note that all orders placed continue to abide by our store policy as final sale with no returns or exchanges. As the virus has affected many individuals and companies all over the world, our industry and our store has been impacted immensely. Please understand that every decision made by All the Rage stores and Studio I Do is to ensure the safety of our team members, our customers and the survival of our industry and store we love so much and have dedicated our lives to. Q: Can I get a refund if my prom is cancelled?
A: Our sales policy has always been and will remain, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES NO EXCEPTIONS
Q: Will you go back to extended hours?
A: That is our plan as of now so long as no new information or changing circumstances should prevent us to do so. Our current hours will remain 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 12pm-5pm Sunday. Any new information will be updated on this page.
